The Supply Chain Management segment consists of Logility, Inc., which provides collaborative supply chain solutions to streamline and optimize the forecasting, production, supply, allocation, distribution and management of products between trading partners. The Enterprise Resource Planning segment consists of American Software ERP, which provides purchasing and materials management, customer order processing, financial, e-commerce and traditional manufacturing solutions; and New Generation Computing, which provides industry specific business software to both retailers and manufacturers in the apparel, sewn products and furniture industries. The Information Technology Consulting segment consists of The Proven Method, Inc., an IT staffing and consulting services firm, which provides support for its software products, such as software enhancements, documentation, updates, customer education, consulting, systems integration services and maintenance. American Software was founded by Thomas L. Newberry and James C. Edenfield in 1970 and is headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
