Oster. The Olin Brass segment manufactures and converts copper and copper-alloy sheet, strip, foil, tube and fabricated components in North America. This segment primarily engaged in processing copper and copper-alloys, and also rerolls and forms other metals, such as stainless and carbon steel. Its products are used in five primary end markets, including building and housing, munitions, automotive, coinage, and electronics/electrical components. The Chase Brass segment manufactures brass rod. This segment produces brass rod used in production applications, which can be grouped into four end markets, including building and housing, transportation, electronics/electrical components and industrial machinery and equipment. The A.J. Oster segment is a copper-alloy distributor and processor. Its value-added processing services include precision slitting and traverse winding to provide customer press up-time, hot air level tinning for superior corrosion resistance and product enhancements, such as edging and cutting. The A.J. Oster segment end markets include building and housing, automotive and electronics/electrical components primarily for housing and commercial construction. The company was founded on October 10, 2007 and is headquartered in Schaumburg, IL.
