Based on the success of Weekly Options, the CBOE has announced two new types of option contracts: Mega and Nano. They are similar to regular monthly options except that they control more than 100 shares (Mega) or have a duration shorter than weeklys (Nano). | What To Do With AAPL? |

We initiated a position in an AAPL covered call on Dec 5 when the stock was at $551.57. Since then we have sold weekly calls against it and now have an adjusted cost basis of $468.52.
At the moment we are keeping the stock uncovered until the company announces something relative to their large cash position. We expect an increase in the dividend at a minimum, and potentially other actions as well, any one of which could cause the stock to rise.
