The Banking segment consists of a full-service commercial bank, with locations in St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix. The Wealth Management segment includes the Trust division of the Bank and the state tax credit brokerage activities. The Trust division provides estate planning, investment management, trust administration and retirement planning as well as consulting on management compensation, strategic planning and management succession issues. It offers deposits products, such as demand deposits, interest-bearing transaction accounts, money market accounts and savings deposits; and lending services, such as commercial, commercial real estate, financial and industrial development, real estate construction and development, residential real estate and consumer loans. The company was founded by Kevin C. Eichner, Fred H. Eller and Ronald E. Henges in 1988 and is headquartered in Clayton, MO.
