The company together with its subsidiaries engages in the business of owning, developing, acquiring, managing and leasing community shopping centers located in the Eastern and Midwestern regions of the U. S. The trust invests in primarily large multi-anchor shopping centers that include national chain store tenants and market dominant supermarket tenants selling products that satisfy everyday needs. It also owns various parcels of developable land for development or sale. It was formerly know as RPS Realty Trust. The company was founded on May 1, 1996 and is headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI.
