The Assembly segment offers leadframe-based packages which include thin small outline packages, and organic substrate-based packages which include fine-pitch ball grade array. The LCD segment provides testing and assembly for LCD and other flat-panel display driver semiconductors. The Bumping segment offers gold bumping, testing, and assembly services for LCD and other flat-panel display semiconductors. It also offers drop shipment and software development, conversion, and optimization program services. The company was founded on August 1, 2000 and is headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
