Otter Tail Corp. is engaged in the electric utility, wind energy and infrastructure businesses. It operates through the following segments: Electric, Manufacturing, and Plastics. The Electric segment engages in production, transmission, distribution and sale of electric energy in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota by OTP. The Manufacturing segment engages in manufacturing activities, including contract machining, metal parts stamping and fabrication, and production of material and handling trays, horticultural containers and produce packaging. The Plastics segment engages in production of polyvinyl chloride pipe at plants in North Dakota and Arizona. Otter Tail was founded in 1907 and is headquartered in Fergus Falls, MN.
